- Must be comfortable talking with all levels of customers, and be computer literate. Good with clerical duties and phone follow-up calls.
- A person with experience in car dealerships, hotels, restaurants and concierge backgrounds would excel and do very well in this position.
The Customer Service Rep position has a pay scale consisting of the following elemenets and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of 16.78 an hour. The position also pays a bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
